How long does it take to process an order?
Delivery time = preparation time + shipping time. Free shipping (orders over €60): preparation usually takes 1–2 weeks; transit is about 2 weeks (DPD) or 2–4 weeks (EMS). Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to most countries. Orders over €60 usually qualify for free shipping to most destinations. Other shipping costs are calculated in the cart by weight and address. We currently cannot ship to Ukraine.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt, with the item unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at your expense unless there is a defect or our error. Contact customer service to start the process.
What are your sizing options?
Each lamp lists measurements, colour and material on the product page. Choose the variant there; we do not use clothing sizes.
