The cloth

Light walks the pleats.

When the room goes dark, light stays in the folds.

The evening
The bloom stays dark until it is lit.

LitOff

The cloth

Close enough to feel the folds.

Pleats
Knife folds in white fabric. Light travels along each crease.

Petal edge
A bound rim and a soft overlapping lobe. Not a hard metal disc.

Brass into the crown
A slim gold stem meets the gathered fabric at the top.

The rooms

It hangs where people eat and sit.

Living
Over a low table, still one lamp.

Island
The 30 cm bloom for a smaller span.

A long table
60 cm only when the table is long.

White fabric flower pendant over a reading nook — Nook
The flower over the sofa.

The sizes

Four diameters. One flower.

Dia 30, 40, 50 or 60 cm. Same pleated bloom, same brass stem. 30 cm for a small table or island; 60 cm for a long dining table.

Design inspiration

Light lives in the folds.

White pleated fabric and a thin brass stem. One finish: Gold & White. The page is about the cloth, not a colour runway.
